Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the commencement of the function will incur no retention charges.
2. Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the function will result in a retention charge of 50% of the total bill.
3. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the function will incur a retention charge of 100% of the total bill.
Amazing hotel! Very friendly staff and nothing is to much trouble! Rooms bathrooms are both very clean, We left our bags here for 3 days when we went on a tour of halong bay, and decided to check back in for another 3 nights as we loved it so much!
