To ensure that this hotel is well-regarded by the public and offers a safe, comfortable stay for all guests, the following rules must be adhered to. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of your stay or denial of access to hotel facilities.
Additionally, if any equipment or fixtures within the hotel premises are damaged during your stay, the hotel reserves the right to charge you the full cost of repairs or replacement.
General Rules Of The Hotel:
Do not use guest rooms for any purposes other than their intended use without prior authorization.
To prevent the risk of fire, avoid smoking in bed, in non-smoking rooms, or in any areas that are fire-prone.
The equipment and items in guest rooms are exclusively for the use of hotel guests. Therefore, the use of these items by non-guests is prohibited.
Please refrain from moving any furniture or articles in the hotel or guest rooms from their designated locations without permission.
Avoid shouting, singing loudly, or making excessive noise inside the hotel or guest rooms to prevent disturbing other guests.
Rooms occupied by the same guests for two or more consecutive nights will generally not be cleaned during their stay, except once every six days to ensure cleanliness. However, if hotel management determines that cleaning is necessary, guests are not permitted to refuse room cleaning.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the commencement of the function will incur no retention charges.
Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the function will result in a retention charge of 50% of the total bill.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the function will incur a retention charge of 100% of the total bill.
Child Policy:
Up to two children under the age of 6 can share their parents' room free of charge, following the parents' meal plan. If an extra mattress is needed, an additional fee of Nu. 800 + 10% BST + 10% service charge will apply per bed, per night.
For up to two children aged 6 to 12, sharing their parents' room is also complimentary, with a 50% discount on meals if consumed. If an extra mattress is required, the same additional charge of Nu. 800 + 10% BST + 10% service charge will be applied per bed, per night.
Housing rules and accommodation conditions:
Check-in begins at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM on the day of departure. Late check-out may be available upon request and approval by the hotel, and additional fees may apply.
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the room during their stay and agree to cover the costs of repairs, replacements, or additional cleaning. If a guest notices any damage upon arrival, it must be reported to the hotel reception immediately. Any damage reported later will not be considered.
Guests are responsible for all charges incurred during their stay unless otherwise specified in the reservation. By signing this form, the guest authorizes Hotel ROJA to pre-authorize (block) an appropriate amount on their credit card to cover any incidental charges, such as minibar consumption or damages, that are not settled upon departure.
For the comfort of all guests, all rooms are strictly non-smoking. If a guest is found to have violated this policy by smoking in the room, a charge of USD 100 per room will be added to the bill.
All reservation and cancellation requests must be made in writing.
Upon arrival, all guests are required to present a government-approved photo ID or valid travel permit for Indian nationals, and a valid passport and visa for foreign nationals.
